Unlike simple present and present continuous

The difference is simple. The Present Simple is the way this used to speak of now or to name activities that are routinely performed, for example: "She Speaks Louder" (She speaks loudly).
Instead, the Present Continuous is that is used to talk about something that is starting to do now that will continue to do so for a while, such as "I AM WRITING an e-mail to a friend" (I'm writing an email to a friend). The feature of the present is being built using the auxiliary verb TO BE before the action, which always leads ING, as you can see in the example.
